My stay at this hotel was an interesting experience. The rooms were in need of an update and a bit disappointing, but eventually, we were offered a slightly better option with similar amenities. The service was a mix of untrained staff and one courteous gentleman who acknowledged the need for renovations. The location was great for entertainment and sightseeing, although cleanliness was a concern in some areas. The dining offered a good variety of options, and the facilities were decent.
The hotel offers below average rooms reminiscent of poor quality hotel rooms found in India but compensates with sumptuous food and nice amenities. The service shows inconsistency but is redeemed by the friendly and helpful Reception, Concierge, and breakfast team. The location is excellent, allowing for easy access to night time entertainment and sightseeing. Dining options are splendid, especially for seafood lovers.

The service was top-notch and can be considered among the best worldwide, although there were some instances of lack of hospitality knowledge. The location is prime, being in the Fort Area and close to the sea. The dining experience was impressive with a wide variety of options. Overall, a nice stay with some room for improvement.
